Template for project reports is provided at the below link in .docx format (borrowed in part from the thesis template of the graduate school). Note that the format should be strictly followed, whereas the report content should be original with all necessary parts as emphasized in the assessment form above. Also note that the template content is for example purposes only, and should be replaced with the original report content of your project.
